🚚 Shipping Policy
Production Time:
All Étherè products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it goes into production and takes 3–5 business days to be created.
Shipping Time:
After production, your order is shipped via trusted courier services. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location in India.
Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please note that tracking is only available once the product has left the production facility.
Shipping Area:
We currently ship within India only. We’re working on expanding our shipping services to include international shipping soon.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
Because each item is made uniquely for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Change of mind
– Incorrect sizing
– Style or colour preferences
However, we do offer replacements in the rare case that:
– The product arrives damaged
– You receive the wrong item, size, or design
– There is a clear manufacturing defect
To request a replacement:
Email us at ethereapparels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will assess the request and arrange a replacement if eligible
Please note:
– Items must be unworn and unused
– Replacements will not be processed without photo proof
❌ Cancellation Policy
All orders go into production soon after being placed. Therefore:
Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins. If cancelled in time, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once printing starts, cancellations or refunds aren’t possible.
If you need to cancel, email us immediately at ethereapparels@gmail.com with your order number.
💳 Payment Policy
We currently accept prepaid payments only
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time
Secure payments can be made via Razorpay, UPI, or major debit/credit cards
